Just wanted to point out that you only pay for the 3G service when you want it. You also get GPS and access to AT&T's wifi network.
Like the ones they use at Starbucks.

You don't get that AT&T wifi access with a non-3G iPad. Just saying.
@Pumhart_von_Steyr: And there's also the minor detail that innocent until proven guilty only applies to a criminal case brought by the government. The burden of proof can very much fall onto the defendant in a civil suit, which would be the likely action brought by Apple. (Note the lack of police involvement.)
@Philip Barnett: CS5 won't be 64-bit on the Mac either. Mainly because Adobe was too lazy to port CS to Cocoa until Apple finally killed Carbon. 10 years after Apple made it clear that Cocoa was the future and Carbon was going to go away.
