@Alasdair5000: I think you are exactly right. I normally don't like when people expect resolutions too fast, but Fringe goes a bit far now. After the season1-finale I was sure that we would get some longer plots about the "transdimensional-war" or whatever it would actually turn out to be. Instead we first had to go through amnesia to even remember the short meeting with William Bell - only to find that he actually explained nearly nothing new and was more important in giving a hint to a cryo-head.. Since then I wait for something to actually happen in this story-line. And don't get me started on bible-girl... where the hell is she? #fringe
@TheLostVikings R.O.A.C.H.: Yeah I loved the fly-part too. I am not still 100% clear about his abilities though... he needs an animal near him in order to shape-shift. Is this true for all animals, or only for the first time he changes into that particular one? And how near do they have to be then? The owl (?) was several meters away, so he obiously doesn't have to touch them. Anyway, that he can change into something as small as a fly is quite cool indeed!
Meredith you ungodly vampire-lover, it's fellowship of the sun! The SUN!! I am sure Steve Newlin will come for you. ;-)
@WeAreNeverGoingBackToAZ: Well, she is a bit too cyberpunk for me, I somehow just don't like her. But I agree with the article, that she improved Artie.
@zenfluence: I agree, the quality of the graphics varies. For example I liked the hologram in this ep, but all the outside shots of the warehouse are crap indeed.
@Lamar Henderson: The original dune intro is much better and Virginia Madsen is really superb in it! I could watch this over and over.
@bitsytimelord: Aeryn Sun is definitely top10, maybe top5, they really made a huge mistake leaving her out!!
@aubreyAubrey: I think aubreyAubrey is right, a nice episode, but I expected something more from a finale. And you could see the Peter-1 thing a mile away, no real need for the scene with the grave to rub it in...
I liked the twintowers, though.
@Matthew Weflen: While I don't agree on every part of your "movie pantheon", I do agree an all your critical points regarding the movie, all very valid points.
@the memorexe: Jesse maybe never really met him.
Derek though...
@icy_one: He was quite cool as a republican in Westwing...
@Smeagol92055: You are sooo right, I totally forgot about that!! OOOOH. MYYYY. GOD.
@Andrew Liptak: Great ad. And they still had a real name back then. ;)
@PVIII: Nice thought. JJs comment indeed doesnt seem to be something the writers would just let him say without anything behind it...
@Gawd: I am totally with Gawd on this one. It's not the first time that Olivia ran just brainless in some superdangerous situation... There were several (!) agents nearby when they stopped the car, but Olivia has such a headstart on ALL of them, that she has to face the killer all alone AGAIN? Get's kind of old. I mean, she only needed to kill him because of this, with another agent he wouldnt have stood a chance... I have no sympathy for him, but it would have been nice to have him in prison to find out if there are things (murders?) they maybe dont know about yet...

Also I really hate her sister (and her daughter), I hope they go to their new flat and never come back.

@cash907: I indeed forgot about that, it seems also random, but it's still different, because Sayid holds her in his arms for quite some time. With Derek he get's shot and that's that.
@cash907: I would love to read some interview with the actor about that death...
Derek's death was something unique, I don't remeber seeing anything like that happen to a major character ever before.
I have still to decide if I liked it or not though.
@twDarkflame: "Even if they were certainly space-capable and communicating with us, there could only be a dozen or so per-galaxy."

Why could there only be a dozen??

And the argument is more about von-neumann-spaceprobes (selfreplicating) than actual colonization. Those probes would reach every star eventually, if there were radiotransmissions or not.
