So... a non main character loses a hand... well that's expensive in terms of FX to deal with. Krycek on the x-files got a prosthetic arm pretty quickly. I predict he's going to die... or it's not his hand.
while time travel does seem more likely to me ATM, parallel worlds is also a possibility. In fact, if you have a difference in the "speed" of time, you can have pseudo time travel AND parallel worlds.
I really don't care about the romance. But there is a plot hole that occurs to me. How did Ritter's character get to Miami with no ID?
Either he should be eerily competent at crossing borders while undocumented, or he should be silly and stupid, like asking the nurse to call the cops when it's obvious there is some vast conspiracy going on.
ADW here... having up to four apps always available, and then a secondary dock for other apps is awesome. ADW also has full swipe gestures, so I don't have to pinch to zoom I can just swipe up.
LP seems to have a developer who is really doing awesome stuff. swipe gestures on app icons, the LP shortcuts into apps, the widgets etc. Unfortunately the app tends to be slower then ADW in my experience.
where as previously you could opt completely out of the facebook api, now there is information that facebook shares automatically without your consent. Little things, like your name, and where you live. And the default settings are now to share everything.
The Electronic Freedom Foundation has coverage on it [www.eff.org]
look even if you knew exactly when a bullet would be fired, it's trajectory etc... catching it with your hand would be impossible without injuring your hand. So they have some sort of special way of protecting their hands.
They've got devices. Opera glasses that can print pictures for example. Some sort of knock out injection. The special gun... incidentally they say that they think peter fired the last bullet... but maybe peter has the ability to fire it when others can't?
Their communicators have three green lights and one red one, which we recall from various first season episodes. And they have multiple assassins, which makes sense... you'd need ones in different locations and in different times.
@Roklimber: Seriously I second wanion. Don't watch the Directors Cut of Donnie Darko. It It adds in a bunch of extra stuff that ruin the movie. Like highlander 2, or the last x-files movie, your better off without seeing it. #thebox
@Chip Overclock: Ah Ultraviolet. Where vampires don't show up on video or audio surveillance, and can only use the phone with a computer voice synth. I really need to watch that again. #fantasy
There have been multiple virus's linked to Chronic Fatigue, as well as evidence of genetic predisposition and the mechanism seems to be an overactive immune response. It's likely it's a combination of factors, that what we call chronic fatigue is actually many different combinations of genetics, physiological factors and viral infections that cause the body to respond in a similar way.
I'd point out these aren't invites... these are nominations. You don't get to sign up from getting one, you get nominated for getting to sign up.
Frankly until getting on means you can spread it among my friends... what's the point? You can talk to some random people about google wave, or work with the API that's apparently poorly documented.
I remember getting a gmail invite back when it was invite only ... where I could actually turn around and add friends. I'd much rather google do that.
I believe a million dollars was for the development of the device, whereas these guys just copied the patent. Also the DHS device appears much more compact and portable. And apparently this one doesn't work as well.
A million bucks for something that can disrupt riots nonviolently is pretty damn cheap. The sonic and microwave devices developed for similar purposes have cost a lot more.
This episode seemed like it had a lot of padding. Amost all the time that we were looking through googly madness eyes could have been used to give people we like more screen time
Maybe it's just me, but Predator 2 was the better movie. The urban environment, the assumption that it was some sort of human serial killer, the chase after the predator across and through buildings and roof tops. That was awesome.
Predator 1... Arnold defeats the predator by stealing tricks from the ewoks.
I'd much rather they bring Predator back to the city.
I believe it's inaccurate to say that any portion of the 4chan site is unmoderated.
The site may have liberal policies, but they exist, include bans on posting illegal content or access by minors, and are enforced by post removals and bans.
