The problem with Microsoft is that vast amounts of people are going to be buying this product by default anyways. They are printing money.
I guess those Marketing gurus are refusing to kill themselves even though Bill Hicks requested them to.
@Akua: I really want to hear a lot more from Project Offset. From what I've seen it looks like it's shaping up to be a great game. The art design is nuts. That tech video with the dragon and the dude running down the stairs is beautiful.
@carrliadiere: Advice? I don't think it's a good idea for anyone who is scared of heights to climb a crane.
That's my advice.
(We're also being a little quick to forget that people already climb up and down cranes multiple times a day to pay rent, no?)

Mass Effect looked great on the 360, I expect to be more than happy with the look of this one. I just hope it's longer than 16 hours like Mass Effect is (I don't consider the Mako exploration to be part of the game)

It's going to be nice when games like this are beamed to your TV like cable and played through a network artificial intelligence sentient deity hub. My laptop runs Knights of the Old Republic okay-esque.

And on another note, would people please stop stating the obvious? Would you like a cup cake for being the one to notice that there is no game play in the video? Oh yes, very suspicious, indeed. Some of these sour Captain Obvious types speak with the authority of a game developer sometimes.. Show off the goods this early in the development cycle. It's not like you actually get to play the teaser, it just gives a sense of style and story for people like me who are waiting for a quality JRPG. So far the design of this one is very interesting, although the scene with the hooded dudes shooting at buddy guy in the air in unison looked a little stiff and tame. I'll be keeping an eye open on this one (which is all a teaser is meant to do, anyways :p )

I really like Stardock. I hope to see that Baldur's Gate style rpg they were talking about maybe doing a few months ago. Objectdock makes my desktop pretty :)
