I also hate cheese, and find it really hard to go down the frozen food aisle at the supermarket and find anything that isn't contaminated. I do make TWO exceptions... Cream cheese is cool. But I don't consider it cheese. It's more like fat butter. I'm also OK with fake cheese, a la Doritos or Cheetos. Other than that... nope nope nope nope nope.
The NY Times is the same as Daily Kos? This is the same NY Times that re-printed Bush administration propaganda point for point with no fact checking or attempt at countering (Judith Miller scandal - read up on it)? That NY Times?

FOX News kicks ass in the ratings? You mean the same FOX News that has had ratings drop of 10% in May and has seen Bill O’Reilly drop 9%, Sean Hannity 6%, and Greta Van Susteren 12%? That FOX news? Glenn Beck, who is already dead to the network, went down 17%.

I think you need to re-fresh your talking points or at least admit you don't know what you're talking about.
It will inevitably be compared to the Assassin's Creed series, albeit from the other side. It doesn't look like it will compare well though.
Morgan and Duane disappeared from the comics for several years... then Morgan came back. That's all I'm gonna say about that.

If you want to know more, you should read "The Walking Dead" comic book that the show is based on.
1) Grand Theft Auto 3. Crappy graphics, buggy and glitchy gameplay. If it were released in that state today it would have been torn to shreds but for some reason all the PS2 owners loved it.

2) God of War. Pretty standard scrolling fighter with QTE added. I thought everyone hated QTE? But they love their God of War.

3) Anything Mario or Zelda related. Nintendo doesn't believe in doing anything new and just re-packages the same crap over and over again. When other developers do this (think Tomb Raider) they get slammed for it and the franchise dies.
@poplin: Ocarina of Time bored me silly... The repetitive play was exactly what was wrong with it. I actually fell asleep playing that game.
@Frypot: EA gave up their liberty to put whoever they wanted in the game, in the hopes it would make them safe from the government banning their game. It didn't. Therefore EA deserves neither liberty nor safety.
"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." - Benjamin Franklin (attributed)
@Fuzi Lojak: I was at PAX and I don't remember even seeing it much less hearing anyone talk about it.
Nintendo needs to bring back the Magic Eye to makes these screen-shots workable.

I always wondered how that "selected randomly" works with forum posts. Do you just decide before hand on 3 hour/minute combinations and whoever lands closest wins?
Did they do the cinematics for the Assassin's Creed games? I always found those impressive.

I can't tell you how many hours I put into Ultima III, IV and V. Let me put it this way... I plotted every square of ground on graph paper and glued it to cardboard sheets.

Should be mandatory playing for anyone who calls themselves a gamer. Seriously.
I think it's obvious that it's already happened...

The #1 selling Blu-Ray player is the Playstation 3, none of the other machines have caught on even at bargain basement prices.

The Playstation 3 is in 3rd place when it comes to console sales, and 4th place if you count all 5 gaming hardware platforms. They've sold barely 2 million units this year and that's not adequate to replace DVD as the format of choice.

The only format doing worse than Blu-Ray is UMD... another Sony brainstorm.
In his defense... the NPD reports tha PC game sales are down 21% for the year and unit sales are down 14%. Both Xbox 360 and PS3 sales are up.
