Thanks, I'm gonna have to check out BBSettings. Always used SBSettings so I wasn't even looking.

And let me second BlurredNCBackground. Somehow it looks 10 times better than the default. I love it.

Yeah I felt like they mixed up Intelliscreen X and Lockinfo. Lockinfo was far more popular than Intelliscreen in the early days. Since iOS 5 came out and Intelliscreen upped their game with the X version they have been catching up. Also, as you said, Lockinfo is the more feature rich version, though you sacrifice simplicity with that.
@Xazi2003: Oh God, I rementioned one game that he did, that must ruin my entire point :( (This is, of course, unless you were being sarcastic :) )

@mindsale: It's not so much us saying you are wrong. If you regret your purchase then you regret your purchase. It was more the way you said it and the reasons cited. If you claim to have only enjoyed 3 games/series on Nintendo consoles then a good counter discussion point would be to mention the other fantastic games on those consoles that you seem to have missed.

Since I have personally played a "Learn Japanese" game then yes, yes I do.

And I had many to choose from.

Does anyone know of an iPhone app that translates English to Japanese without using a data connection? I'm travelling there this year and would like to be able to use something without worrying about wifi.
I nominate DreamSequence to be the next president of Nintendo.
And don't even get me started on how terrible Goldeneye, Waverace, Super Smash Bros., Perfect Dark and Banjo-Kazooie were.
Thanks for this. I just got a Touchpad and love the card multitasking. I didn't know about this app.
Joe the Tech is right. Advanced Browser has very nice tabbed browsing. And if you are jailbroken Preware has a patch that makes Advanced Browser your default browser.
*crack**crack**crack**....yo.
As YoungBloodLust said the characters in Lost were not "dead the whole time". The island was real and everything that happened on it happened in the real world. The people were all alive and well and living in the real world.

However, the alternate universe presented in the final season was showing what happened after all of the characters died. Whether that death was portrayed in the show or happened years later due to natural causes.

My only issue with passive 3D is that, in most current models, you lose half of the resolution. While I agree that active 3D is a bit annoying and seems like the lesser of the two options when viewed on paper, I feel that until they can make passive 3D work at full 1080p in both eyes it will not be fully adopted by the masses.

I know that some TVs are starting to show up that can do this but it is still pie in the sky if you ask me.

Wow, thank you for this Kotaku. Your quick coverage of this has allowed me to get front row seats to the Orlando concert. I never thought I'd even be able to go to one of these. So excited!
The Four Swords from the Game Boy Advance edition of A Link to the Past plus the Four Swords Adventure game for Gamecube.
And Blockbuster probably had it because many didn't get them until after the launch. I worked at a Blockbuster at the time and was expecting to get mine from the store. I got progressively whiter in the face on launch day as no truck showed up. I ended up having to go to the Best Buy nearby and camp out all night (they opened at 9am) to get mine. I don't even remember when we finally got our shipment but it was at least a couple of days after launch.

And the company execs wondered why they were doing so poorly...geez.
Alien (Ridley Scott original), not Aliens (James Cameron sequel)

Maybe you mistyped but I would not call Alien a "thrill ride" so I made an assumption.
The discs being used have the same capacity of blu-ray, they are just proprietary.
I'd love to but it stopped working for me and seems to have disappeared from the net. If you have some tips on how to get it working again let me know please.
I refuse to refer to Larry as Lana until he comes out and explicitly says what he would like to be referred to as. I actually find it pretty irresponsible on the part of the media to do so. He has always been credited as Larry and a part of the "Wachowski Brothers". If that is to change then it is up to him to spread the word, not for the media to latch onto rumors and speculation.

Now, with that said I am not passing judgment. If he has changed to a she and wishes to be Lana, a part of "The Wachowskis" then good for him/her. I'm just saying that it bugs me that these rumors have been accepted and adopted by the media.
