acer makes great ultrabooks, and has for some time. i'm on my second one now, and its still as useful to me now as when i bought it 14 months ago. i used it for everything. my big laptop is now retired (i installed ubuntu for chits n gigglez) and my desktop is on the ebay chopping bloc
#8 more heat escapes through my head. when i walk outside into the cold after 5 minutes my hands are the same temperature as outside, cold. as are my ears cheeks and nose. but my eyes scalp and neck are still warm, and loosing heat as fast as i can pump blood into them. my ands once cols get hardly any blood/heat. i am certain that #8 is not true for everybody.
badass. i think this also qualifies as steam-punk.
firefox is acting up lately.. i think im using an old "nightly build" but it crashes often, and my flash stuff is really buggy.

also the custom scripting i used to have a minimal ui seems to be busted from the last few updates.. firefox is slipping.

yeah but in this way, i think we might spawn our own worst enemies. some angry bacterial or fungal race, that want to turn humans into poop.
