I have a question for all the smart folks out there, What are the practical applications for this amazing discovery? Are we talking about building FTL engines or anything like that? Does this do anything to help current space plans?
Wheel of Time series would be a good young adult to adult series to do. You could probably do two books in one movie. Making it a 6 or 7 movie franchise.

Sorry, not buying what you are selling. None of the movies are weighted with 80's motiffs. By weighed down you must mean the foundation for most nerds of that generation. Calling Serenity is better is just silly. I liked the series and the movie too, but if it was THAT good it would still be on. Serenity should have lost if the bracket is based on anything but personal bias, which is fine. In the end I could walk into a room and quote a line from anything that Serenity and most folks would know where I got it from. I could walk into a room of sci fi people quote Serenity and I would get WTF looks. I had Ghostbusters winning it all personally.

I think if they find a way to balance out drama and laughs The Cape sounds promising. Well except for casting Summer Glau I mean her series don't seem to last to long.

I liked the line where War said something to the effect you can pull it off if you hustle and did the little arm running gag. It is the little things that make Supernatural great.

Who knows why Sam was chosen but Sam Anders was a construct of Calvin to punish Sam and make hime live with the humans. I guess Caprica could retacon the whole story. But BSG setup that the final five gave Cylons skinjobs.
