According to you as well if I go pick up a copy of the original unreal tournament I should expect updates and patches for that game as well. Sometimes you just buy a product and it is what it is. There is no requirement via purchase that they support you after providing something that works.

I believe the first more open account of what happened rather than the concise and very scripted one you show documentation for.
It appears this girl did everything right and still wasn't helped. Both police departments are accountable at this point.
