"Scientist confirm bacteria with a never before seen DNA structure at bottom of lake" So I consider that a Govt Fail in trying to mislead the public, just like they've done on so many other fronts.
"NASA finds new life" seems to suggest that the government agency has found life on some distant plant. Now that would be fitting. I was guessing they may have found some sort of organic signatures on Titan.
