also if you try doing a hard run on an empty stomach you'll feel light headed and won't have as much energy because it's harder for your body to get energy from stored sources than the carbs in your blood (which, if not used are turned into fat, muscle or just excreted)
That's funny, I get up in the morning on an empty stomach and do my intervals (95%+ MHR)(I am a long-distance cyclist). Not only do I not get lightheaded, my sprint performance has never been better since going low-carb. And I used to race bicycles. The bonking you describe is real, but no bonk occurs if the body is already running on ketones and fatty acids.

Nice FUD. Proteinuria is an indicator of chronic kidney disease; consuming protein is NOT the cause of proteinuria. And what are causes of CKD? Diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney inflammation. What is the causative/associative agent of those maladies? Excess carbohydrate consumption.

What could possibly be the purpose of a machine-pistol that rotates firing mechanisms? And a pivoting laser sight that moves as the weapon is firing and the barrels remain stationary? I'm guessing someone over there never fired a weapon in their life and is now trying to design firearms.

@steampoweredboy: I absolutely despise Jim and don't quite get why he is painted as the protagonist of that series. Jim embodies the jock that harassed geeks and nerds in high school, yet he is supposed to be funny in this show. Jim doesn't really do anything of his own except make fun of everyone else who does things that they enjoy.
I'd like to add the cult from the Dark Horse Aliens comics ("Earth Invasion?") that strived to bring about infestation because they believed the aliens were a mothering god figure.
