Here is the story on celeb gossip site Perez Hilton [perezhilton.com] - Looks like it was a photo shoot, not filming for the show as such. The photographer was Tyler Shields, who seems to work a lot with other celebrities. I have worked with photographers who will do this type of thing on the fly as to get permission is just too costly and time-consuming. Easier just to rock up to a location and go for it, hoping not to get told off. You can often get photos that appear a lot less staged and organic that way.
