USA Today has a collection of new images from the new batch of 2011 pilots. This top image is from Alcatraz. Penned by Lost scribe, Elizabeth Sarnoff, the details on this series are scarce. But what we do know is that the story is centered around the mysterious re-appearance of a gang of Alcatraz inmates and prison guards in the modern day. Have the guards aged? Is time travel involved? We don't know the details yet. But what we do know is the above picture shows actor Sam Neill, who is playing Emerson Hauser, "the head of a government agency who radiates authority and piercing intelligence." Across from him (we assume) is the shows main character Rebecca Madsen (played by Sarah Jones), a smart but slightly obsessive law dog who is charged with solving the Alcatraz mystery.
