If I haven't forgotten all about it by then.

If so, I'm really pleased with this series. I was bracing myself to not like it during these last months that we've been reading all the developments on the creation of the show, but for a network series, they did a good job.
Some people complain it's not as good as the original mini, but I think if you've seen the original mini, it's even more enjoyable.
The writers have payed serious homage to the original, there are so many elements from the original that are being remixed here... for example, tonight it was the "evil scientists", just like in the original, the scientists were the evil ones who were being ostracized.
I am really enjoying this series. I hope it makes it a full season.

I honestly do like the books, setting aside Bella's ludicrous fawning. Haven't seen the movies yet, but I'm sure they do Jacob an injustice. Unlike all the rest of the characters in the series, he's actually quite well developed.

I once watched two of those giant-assed scary lizards in Iraq duke it out. I'm pretty sure those were real lizards in that video clip; scariest part of the whole thing was that the ones I saw in Iraq were about that size...

Im pretty sure one of the top ones is a dwarf Caiman.
I remember this movie because once I saw it, I immediately glued some cardboard to my do to make it a Triceratops. Brianna was NOT amused.

For some stupid reason, they were always very divisive among the fans, but I thought they were excellent, especially once they got to the Sentinels books (which were MUCH better IMO than Carl Macek's goofy story-sketch he had for that ill-fated series).
