It's not halloween themed, necessarily, but I always think of Hitman #13 & 14 this time of year. Zombie Night at The Gotham Aquarium. #14's cover is priceless. #halloween

@simonbarsinister: Agreed. Heroes should not be on the list AT ALL and Warehouse 13 is, what, five shows in?
If Warehouse 13 is on there, where are shows like Special Unit 2 or The Chronicle? How about Dead Last? Or is there a weird blur of supernatural vs scifi? If that's the case, maybe Supernatural shouldn't be on the list.
#13 reminds me of the big shootout in Appaloosa. It lasts all of 5 seconds, after which an injured Viggo Mortensen says to an injured Ed Harris, "That was fast." To which Ed replies, "Everybody could shoot."
@Annalee Newitz: It's an excellent film. Nothing spectacular, but just well-made, well-acted, and well-directed. Ignore the opening and ending voiceovers.
I like the Stoltz too, but we do know how Caprica ends.
I might watch SGU if it isn't too dark, though I'll bet money that they kill off Carlyle in the first few episodes and then we'll have Emo Kids In Space.
It'll give me a lot more time for reading actual science fiction, rather than syfy.
@Andrew Liptak: Yeah, that's much better. Especially since it has FarScape and CoD. Also really liked the one a few years back with that Switchfoot song "dare you to move." I think it aired with Taken...
@PVIII: I think it's just that this one feels less like a commercial, and it has a fantastic song along with it that really makes this one work so well.

I'm so happy Invader Zim snuck on the list, despite it's silliness. The Avengers! Land of the Lost! Greatest American Hero! The top ten is great.
But Max headroom?!!?
And Warehouse #13?!?! Heros?!?!
I think you gave these shows extra points for being so fresh in your minds.
All in all a great list. I'm printing it out and getting over to NetFlix.

I'll give W13 a chance, but besides Eureka and the toe I will dip into Caprica, I could give a toss.
