Wait, the aliens are called "Navi?" I think that alone ruins the film for me, cause now I'm imagining an entire race of people that will follow me around shouting "Hey! Listen!"
"Would You Have Sex With James Cameron's Blue Aliens?"
My wife says "no".
Talking about large samples of people in general, the answer is obviously "yes", no matter what they look like. People fuck just about anything, really - farm animals, produce, industrial equipment....
Unlike some, I thought the most realistic thing in District 9 was when they were talking about people having sex with the stranded folks.

In the Star Trek universe they at least had the concept of the seed race to explain a) why there were so many humanoids and b)why different humanoids are attracted to one another. Having Sam Worthington's character fall in love with one of the Na'Vi makes the story even more like Dances With Wolves.
@Bill-Lee:
The seed race idea was added for TNG, I believe. The ruling scientific concept of the original series was something called "parallel development," which would have given Darwin a coronary.
@Wookie1972: Yes you are right. I think it was the Original Series episode "Bread and Circuses" that gave us "parallel development". I don't remember the TNG episode that gave us "seed races".
The Doctor: Relax. He's a fifty-first century guy. He's just a bit more flexible when it comes to 'dancing'.
Rose Tyler: How flexible?
The Doctor: Well, by his time, you lot are spread out across half the galaxy.
Rose Tyler: Meaning?
The Doctor: So many species, so little time.
Rose Tyler: What, that's what we do when we get out there? That's our mission? We seek new life and...
[weakly]
Rose Tyler: and...
The Doctor: [nodding] Dance.
@Evil Tortie's Mom: Wow - how do you really feel? I'm willing to accept the crass, egotistical man-child, but testisterone poisoned? That's going a bit too far.
