Adventure Time has proven as delightful in comic book form as on TV, between Ryan North's core AT comics, Meredith Gran's Marceline and the Scream Queens, and the Danielle Corsetto-penned Playing with Fire. So what would happen if other comic book characters wandered into the Land of Ooo?

Shakespeare wrote several "comedies," and some of them are still funny today. (As You Like It and Twelfth Night come to mind.) But Much Ado About Nothing is not one of the funny ones. Unless it's being filmed by Joss Whedon, in which case it's fall-out-of-your-seat, holy-shit-can't-breathe funny.

The good news: Marvel’s new Avengers cartoon is okay. The bad news: It’s inferior in almost every way to Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. The ugly news: It’s probably going to be a lot more popular.

Now that Iron Man 3 has made pretty much all the money in the world, there's reportedly a contract dispute brewing between star Robert Downey Jr. and Marvel, over whether he'll be back for Avengers 2 and 3, and possibly Iron Man 4 as well. Is Downey Jr. overpaid? We don't know. But we do know he's nearly irreplaceable.
