@OMG! Ponies!: Eidos is the publisher, not the developer, as in the people actually making the game. That said they were responsible for one game prior to this: Urban Chaos, and it was received fairly well (75% average) which isn't bad for a first effort. Paul Dini on the story with Hamill and Conroy reprising their roles is reason enough for me to give it a go.
Plus Tomb Raider sold on boobies, not game play, and it still does. Granted this could sell on Batman, but I've got faith in it; good art direction and a certain-to-be-at-least-decent story almost guarantees an enjoyable experience at least. I'd say given the rousing success Dark Knight brought to the Batman franchise they don't want to fuck this up.
Uggh... Better not watch that commercial if you're an overweight couch potato, your skin might just explode.
I though I was fairly knowledgable when it came to Batman villains, but I still have no clue who the brown demon-looking guy is in the shot after the Joker.
@Jesse Mrozowski: Killer Croc is at the end, I was talking about the demonic-looking brown guy with the little spikey things all over him.
I'll agree with everyone else that it looks a bit like a brown version Doomsday, though I suppose it could also be a mid-transformation Manbat, a drastically re-imaged version of Clay Face (hopefully not), or an extremely pissed off Etrigan (Highly doubtful).
@bluehinter: I think it's Croc, he might just be degenerating through the game cause if you compare the two shots he's the same build and is wearing the same shorts but otherwise looks worse the second time around.

I'm not holding out hope for this.

And I kinda liked Uma Thurman's Ivy. Though I was a preteen at the time, and going through...changes. >_>
