When I first heard this episode contained Bat-Mite I thought it would be a throw-away in what is an otherwise excellent animation series. Wow, was I wrong. Ace the Bat Hound kicks ass on a Siberian Tiger and then chases Cat Man up a tree. A Batman Convention where all the complainers about this show speak up only to be shot down by the creators. A surrealist Dick Sprang Land of Batman Villains that was absolutely mesmerizing. It really was perfect. I look forward to purchasing this series on Blu-ray.
For some reason it really made me smile that the voice of the fanboy that thought this Batman wasn't hurt and gritty enough was done by the same guy that does the voice for Batman, Diedrich Bader better known as Oswald from the Drew Carey Show, Lawrence (the neighbor that if he had a million dollars he'd do two chicks at the same time) from Office Space and The Seacher from Danger Theatre which ran on Fox with The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.
