Because, y'know, dying somewhere between Episodes II and III, and then never being mentioned ever again, is pretty fierce attachment, if you ask me.

Okay, okay, I'm nitpicking here, but honestly, Lucas and his crew brought this on themselves, introducing an incidental character that becomes a far larger part of the whole mythos than makes any sort of logical sense. I mean, someone would have remembered her.

Oh, wait, I know; Colonel Stryker shot Anakin in the head with an adamantium bullet before Episode 3, didn't he? That's where the scar really came from. It all makes sense now.

The fact that I can watch this show with my kids really cements the attraction for me. It's gone a long way to restore my affection for the Star Wars universe.

I do enjoy this show, but I try to save up a couple episodes on the dvr before watching them in case I end up with a jar jar binks episode - which I'm pretty sure is the only one (and a half?) I didn't watch from last season. What is listed here sounds like it could be even more enjoyable than last season, and now I'm very much looking forward to it.

Aaah what we can expect from a second season: an endless procession of Jedi doing things that Jedi should not be doing.

Oh look, that future-seeing, prescient Jedi with the mystical sense of connection to the universe, and the calm zen stability needed to master his emotions has a) disobeyed orders, b) been enraged into running after a badguy who c) has lured him into an unexpected trap!

The only thing that might disappoint me is if it's dark enough that it might scare my almost-5yo son off, but if the writers toss out one or two kid-friendly eps that I can DVR for him, then we're good. :)

@Jeb_Hoge: They've done a great job so far, IMO, of having some heavier content in the episodes, but still keeping them suitable for younger eyes/ears. There's a few things in Season 1 that could have been scary, but I never felt like they took it too far. I'm excited to see how they continue that trend.

Zombies?! Sweet. Can't wait to see how they pull that off. :)

I like the Clone Wars but I would really like to see New Jedi Order material on TV. Whether it's animation or live action I would like to see that explored since I have missed most of the books and getting into all of them is quite the task.

Watched the season finale (or at least I think it was) last night, after not watching this show since the second episode of season 1, and it was fabulous. I'm looking forward to season 2.

I was fairly resistant to this series when it first started... the computer animation was fine, but the art style -- taking the stylized 2D designs from the Clone Wars cartoon shorts and putting them in 3D -- was a turnoff to me.

Then I watched a couple episodes here and there and the writing started to suck me in. The appropriate darkness of the stories, and especially the way they handled the clone characters (clearly taking a few pages from Karen Traviss and other expanded universe writers) have been really cool to see. I'm looking forward to tonight's premiere.

I honestly haven't watched this show because it's premise confuses the hell out of me and it seems like I can never get an explanation for what's going on.

Has Anakin not joined the Separatists in this series or has he not joined them YET? Because the films said nothing about him training anyone because HE was in training under Obi-Wan.

So what the hell is going on? Some help, please?

@Rocketknight: Anakin becomes a Knight after Episode 2. Its in the other Clone Wars cartoon.

Anakin never joined the separatists, no idea where you got that from.

@Rocketknight: Anakin never joins the Separatists. Technically, Anakin is ALWAYS on the Republic's side, even after betraying the Jedi and becoming Vader (since the Republic becomes the Empire).

This is between episode two and three, and will probably give some reason for why Anakin's apprentice isn't mentioned in the movies (like her dying or something...).

@Pope John Peeps II: I do wish IG-88 was in the show... Thoguh maybe if they introduce Dirge, we'll get IG lancers like the other cartoon had. A young Dengar would have also been cool. Either way, I am happy we got Bossk at least.

@Cal Hawks: IG-88 was funny because he was sort of a living IG, with a personality. I used to like him in the old comics growing up because he was always sassy towards his stupid partner, Bossk.

And for the record there's too much Boba Fett already. He's boring. They made him the king of a frikkin' world in the novels and he's still boring.
