Exclusive Clip From Tomorrow Night's Battlestar Galactica
Remember when we thought the Cylons on Battlestar Galactica were a monolithic group that thought and acted as one? Like, well, robots? Those days seem very distant, and we couldn't be happier. Battlestar's bleak drama about the last remnants of the human race and the artificial life-forms that persecute them keeps getting more twisty and complex, as you can see in this new clip from tomorrow night's episode. Can you guess which Cylon gets accused of being a nihilist?

Three of the hawt babes from Battlestar Galactica get a Jane Fonda makeover and transform into full-on Sixties kitsch mode for this GQ photoshoot. It's just another jarring piece of Katee Sackhoff's plan to remind us all she can be femme, plus another sign NBC/Universal will do anything to boost BSG in its final season. Mostly, though, it's a reminder of how self-mocking and retro Battlestar isn't, in spite of all the cheesy Jesus, fluffy prophecies and Bob Dylan epiphanies. We've had a chance to watch the premiere episode of Battlestar Galactica's fourth and final season, and it certainly didn't disappoint. To keep this spoiler-free, I will speak in vagueries about what's in store and why things are going to get ooky as well as spooky this season. Like the very best BSG episodes, this one balances out interesting character developments with seriously kickass space battles. And of course, there's the mystery we were left with at the end of last season: Why has Starbuck returned?

Moore and David Eick sat down and went over the different types and social systems and moralities they've created for the new Battlestar Galactica, including the need to the government (and not just the military) to bring down the heavy hand of torture from time to time, and how the legal system works in the BSG-verse. These audio interviews are the kind of geekery you usually only get when fans debate these facets of the show in a forum somewhere, but they wax poetic for over 30 minutes, and that's not even including their thoughts on the politics, economy, and the fight for Cylon rights in their show. Back, Back, Back To Life With The Best of the Worst Scifi Resurrections
Anyone who reads comic books knows that no one is ever really dead. Every character from Superman to Green Lantern has returned to life from the whereverafter they went to when sales figures dropped. Plus every zombie movie ever made brings your loved one back from the beyond, although they are never quite the same. Insta-reanimation doesn't happen as much in science fiction, where you have devices like nanobots and cellular regenerators that should make returning from the state of deadness quite easy.
