HP Lovecraft film fest in LA, Sept. 11. The organizer says, "We've got some of the great classics and new films of Lovecraft, plus thet filmmakers, live performances, vendors, and the ability to drink beer and wine in the theater, which is the gorgeous art deco (built in 1931) Warner Grand in San Pedro.

And we'll be screening a special sneak scene from the upcoming movie The Whisperer in Darkness from my friends at the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society (makers of Call of Cthulhu, which we are screening with the cast and crew, many of whom are also on TWID).
