In addition to Max's plastic lips, there was also the episode where Hymie uses his superior robotic reflexes to compete in the Olympics, easily winning every event, until a beautiful Kaos agent kisses him with her "battery deactivator lipstick" and he seizes up just inches from the finish line of the 100 yard dash.
Technically, I guess it's not poison, since it only works on robots, but a deadly kiss is a deadly kiss, and anybody who says Hymie isn't sci-fi can lick my battery!
