The issue, part of DC's Faces of Evil promotion throughout January - apparently trying to earn the title of "cruellest month" again - showcases the origin of Jericho, AKA the villain in last year's DC Universe: Decisions series about presidential candidate assassination attempts. So, now we know: If you can't talk as a child, then you may just end up trying to murder the next Barack Obama.
