AMC is building on its Walking Dead cred with a new show about a mysterious plane crash and a weird conspiracy, Line of Sight. And now, they've hired Silence of the Lambs director Jonathan Demme to helm the pilot.

Last Thursday, io9 teamed up with AMC's The Walking Dead to turn New York's The Box nightclub into two storeys of zombie carnage — and awesome fashions. The dead walked again, and the screams were still being heard over the weekend.

If you're in the New York area and want to party with zombies and those who flee them, you're in luck. This Thursday night, October 27, io9 and AMC's Walking Dead are throwing an Undead Carnival. Booze and brains will be provided, along with other post-apocalyptic party favors.
