    It's from a webcomic, albeit a very long running and relatively well known one, but the Santa in Sluggy Freelance is definitely evil. Actually, pretty much any character playing Santa in that comic is evil. (I think that avoids spoilers.)


    And since SF writer John Ringo quotes Sluggy, it's doubly science fiction related!

    @icelight:
    The only real question is whether the "regular" Santa, or his killer is more evil. I think I have to go with the latter, on the basis that he'll just screw you over on a whim, and he seems to be undefeatable except to trap him via loopholes...and hope he doesn't find one of his own that'll let him get free.
