    Flash Forward episode 10 actually aired already in Australia, so of course it's already all over the usual sites for people who are interested.

    It's pretty good... compared to the other FF episodes anyhow, but shit actually happens, and we get quite a few answers.

    So not to shabby overall.

    "(And am I the only person who spent the last episode waiting for a big lizard reveal, only to be thwarted? They even talked about skinning an alien just to tease us, the bastards)

    Seeing as how it was already revealed they were lizards, I wasn't disappointed.

    What I'm hoping for is that Anna is part of a mammoth warning plot where she has already turned against her whole race and wants to save earth, and that she'll reveal her real motives to the fifth column once the revealed BIG fleet is in range. I'm not holding my breath. It's probably going to be stupid.

    I'm not really intrigued by Alice. "NEW, MODERN, EDGY, OOOH!" if you want to be new, modern, and edgy, make something new, modern, and edgy.

    Having a DVR means not having to choose between House and Heroes, assuming your DVR works. If you're a Time Warner subscriber... good luck. Fox HD has had a lot of mysterious DVR fails recently. I've had recording problems and my gf has had recording problems. Time Warner denies knowledge of any issues.

    @PlaidNinja: We missed an episode of FRINGE, we believe because the internet listings used by our TiVo indicated it was a rerun (which we don't record) instead of first-run. That's our working theory. Now we have to peer at the listings ourselves to pick it up in reruns.

    @Chip Overclock: On Saturday I created manual recordings for the Cleveland Show, Family Guy, and American Dad. I had a witness as well... one who chided me for recording American Dad, saying "IT SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS". In any case, I had nothing else recording on other channels at the same time. I came home and turned on the TV at 9:55 and checked the DVR, only to find that nothing recorded, and to add insult to injury, the guide channel showed American Dad with a REC icon that had a line through it. Time Warner had no idea of what could have happened.

    @Chip Overclock: Was that a few weeks ago? It wasn't because it was listed as a rerun, it was because it was listed as game 7 of the World Series. When the Series ended before game 7, your listings didn't get updated in time.

    SGU is without a doubt a very boring series , the drama is too deadpanned . It desperately needs a spark .

    Sy-fy hasn`t improved at all , they threw more money at their commericals... imagine greater .

    It`s just sad , that a channel promises to have love for the genre , is just a let down .

    Instead we get crap wrestling and james bond marathons.

    Though Eureka is great series , but they need so much more , They need another Babylon 5 or firefly , another great space opera .

    I already saw Caprica , ugh another boring deadpan drama .

    they to avoid remakes series , and create something new .

    As I look through these spoilers it is dawning on me that there is not much I'm interested in here. True Blood, but I don't get HBO anymore, Doctor Who but God only knows when we get to see these actual episodes in Canada on the good old CBC. Flash Forward I have given up on, pretty much the same for SGU. Seems kind of dull from a few months ago when we had TSCC, BSG, Dollhouse etc.

    @W10002: All it'll take to kill the emo flavor of the new Doctor is the slightest hint of underlying sarcasm - just a bare moment or two of utterly inappropriate joy. As soon as there's a glint of naughtiness in his eyes, the emo aspects will disappear. Moffat's a good enough writer to do that in his sleep.
