    @se7a7n7: This reminded me of the 007 movie "Tomorrow Never Dies" where the villain is a Murdoch-like media mogul who tries to start a war between Britain and China to boost ratings and circulation of his broadcast and print outlets.

    @se7a7n7: Also unless Spider-Man was paying muggers to knock over convenience stores and bankrolling the Secret Six, his case his case was not similar to this at all.

    @Scott Van Vechten: I haven't read that one yet but I have read Chart Throb which exposes reality shows like American Idol etc. I will have to pick it up.

    Ben Elton was a recent guest on the CBC show The Hour. Excellent interview and very well spoken man.
