    At least the segway you can stop, lean on it & just enjoy the view, this thing looks like it will just tip over if you try to stop anytime sending you to the ground.

    @fox01313: Check the video. it actually seems to work. Even goes sideways. I wonder if it will hold up a 6 foot 5, 200+ pound semi-behemoth? Where's the nearest test-drive?

    *Slightly* dorkier than a Segway. Watching the guy in the business suit doing that pelvic thrust in shots 1 & 4 shows how much he trusts it. The engineer seems to have a much more graceful grasp on the situation. It is impressive that it can move sideways.

    @burgerdog: The problem with wheelchair is in the name 'WHEEL' CHAIR.....Wheel!! Lets get building a hoverchair and then move up to a jetchair. I think Steven Hawkins at Mach 4 will work!
