I'm going to go with no, don't bring it back. Those direct to DVD movies were pretty bad, and if that is the quality we can expect from new eps I won't watch.
I just wish that they would stop charging more for a movie length DVD than they charge for entire seasons of the show. Maybe then I would be more inclined to actually buy the DVDs.
i loved it when the idiots at the box network were killed.
i will never understand why they didnt put futurama after the simpsons on sunday nights, they would have had 1 hour of loyal fans watching 2 great shows
@evildead1971: Because they didn't understand it. They hated The Simpsons, but they understood it. More importantly, they understood that it made them truckloads of bank, so they couldn't ever cancel it. Futurama, on the other hand, wasn't the proverbial 800 pound gorilla, so someone with power rigged the results (i.e. putting it in the timeslot that always got preempted by football, and never promoting it _at_all_) to make it very easy to justify cancellation.

If they could go back to doing truly stand alone episodes, they'd be alright.

I saw Green Yonder at ComicCon and I thought the first 30 minutes were great. But then it got way too drawn out with the plot.
I wish it had ended sooner.
