Having Nikita being the spy equivalent of a mystery shopper was too much to take. I've been through that narrative bait-and-switch heartbreak once. Please, not again.... but if Zachary Levi wears that suit and that blondish straight hair in that banner pic on ChuckTV.com, well, then, a girl can only take so much, and everyone breaks, don't they?

Another thing that has been bothering me lately is General's behaviour. She seems to change her mind so quickly and for no apparent reason. When Tricia was on the show she was ready to ditch Sarah and with a few words from Chuck she flip flops. I was actually suspecting that she was a hologram created by Orion until she showed up in person.

Awesome was originally slated to be a Fulcrum agent or somesuch, but they decided to scrap that plan before they ever had a chance to really set it up within the series.

However, General Beckman has aroused my suspicions. Her behavior is pretty erratic and some of her decisions have been poor to the point of stretching credibility for a general.
The only thing that has allayed my thoughts that she's actually Fulcrum is that they'd know who Chuck really is. Another possibility is that she is being manipulated by a Fulcrum agent -- someone we've never seen like an attache feeding her bad intel, or a husband who's getting her worked up and making her be overly hard-assed and thus making bad calls on Team Bartowski.

I was thinking at one point that Beckman might be running some sort of rogue op (it would possibly explain why her CIA counterpart was not replaced when the Intersect 2.0 blowed him up), and that Fulcrum might be working to stop her, but then I remembered that Chuck has stopped a lot of violent plans, and whenever he flashes on Fulcrum agents it always seems to include a fair amount of terrorist-like activities.

Even at his best, Chuck will never be like Bryce or even Sarah for that matter, but that is why we love him. It's also why the damn series is named after him. Cool your jets already folks, even Maxwell Smart pulled it together every now and then.

In theory, the list that was shown was supposed to be a list of CIA agents who work with Fulcrum, why didn't Chuck flash on her? Or is his ability controllable? Also, would it be too much to ask to give Chuck some offensive/defensive training?

But when chuck and Jill were together... gross. Really, I think this whole cast has great chemistry, that it makes Jill's lack of it so much worse.
