Galaxina (with Dorothy Stratton) wasn't a sexbot. She was a pilot that reprogrammed herself for sex. I know... splittin hairs.
However, you did forget to mention the Japanese classic Robotrix, which featured Amy Yip. But then now that I think about it, she was also not programmed for sex, but I'm not sure what she was programmed for. I just remember she looked sexiful.
Two other missing references are episodes "Valerie 23" and "Mary 25" of "The Outer Limits". I couldn't find Valerie 23 on youtube, and I only found Mary 25 on youtube in what sounds like Romanian, but you'll get the idea when you see the 1 minute between 1:35 and 2:30, which shows some of the killer scenes of Valerie 23 (though not the best scenes, which are NSFW).
man, I just remembered an anime I watched a LOOONG time ago where there is a sexbot in it. I don't remember if she killed anyone, but I remember her in lingerie, and she's malfunctioning, and she starts fingering herself and the cop blows her away.
@markus0i: Did you read the part where I wrote "Note: We're not listing killer robots who just happen to be sexy. To win a place on this list, a robot has to have been built for sex, and then turned lethal. Feel free to debate our choices below."

And then I stopped to realise, I can't think of any instances of such. Anyone else know of any?

It's only an ok anime, so if you haven't seen it don't sweat it. The art's decent though.
And, of course, anime seems to just love sexbots and sexbots that go rogue.

They do this in the original movie as well. It isn't shown, it's implied.

Yes, but it's the replacement droid that is stalking the protagonist at the end of the movie.

Of course, that episode sets up the appearance of the Buffy Bot, who is also a sex robot who kills, though it only kills vampires and demons...
