It's safe to say that no one really cared about Chris Klein until now. Has he finally found his first real breakout role (Normal Guy from the "Kid Who Fucked a Pie" movies doesn't count)? Every review I've seen has spent the majority of the article praising Klein on his magnificent work. I'm glad to see io9 follow suit.
It's sad that there are some really good actors in this. Duncan was nominated for an Oscar for chrissakes.
@borntohula: Where's the sassy mini-dragon? The bickering ancestor ghosts? Cross-dressing female lead? Why do I remember all of these off the top of my head?
@crashedpc: A closet inknophile, obviously. Question: Do you find yourself excited by cartoons characters? Are pinups of crudely drawn female martial artists to be found among your special books? If the answer is "ummmm" then you too may be a inknophile. There is no cure, sadly, but treatments are being developed. In the meantime, the best advice is to avoid video games, popular movies, magazine, and all other forms of media.
@Aethelred: You've been going through my belongings again, haven't you? Isn't it worse to be the guy who's rifling through a recovering addict's stuff for his next fix? The "you too" gave it away, but it's ok. I have a few issues of doujinshi for you...
@Aethelred: obviously the cure for inkophile is simple and actually quite the opposite of your suggested regemin: immersion. the typical timeline consists of three to four weeks where the specific fetish is all that is thought about follow by an additional three to four weeks of occasional but waning interest followed by the introduction via haphazard discovery (downloading a different torrent because it looked 'interesting') of a completely new fetish that largely replaces the old.
@Aethelred: Immersion? I'm all for it. You can't overdose with this addiction, unless you suddenly have a bunch of "action figures"... with exposed BEWBS (or norks).
I will be conducting intense scrutiny of said legs, on my tv. I don't think I'll be watching this in the theaters, where there is risk that I will be recognized in the public.
