Thank you so much for your kind words about Terminator Salvation and the City of Ember.
I truly had an amazing time working with McG on Terminator Salvation, and I do hope that you all will be as excited about the movie as I am.
Best wishes,
Martin Laing

Yes, he says "I'll be back" and then totally forgets he said it. And then all the terminators are like "Didn't human 0394930439439389 say he'd be back?"
And Terminator 993809890390390329023908 says, "Yeah, I thought he was going to come back and like drive through the building and surprise us."
And the other Terminator is like "That really pisses me off. That's totally rude. We should exterminate all the humans."
And then the first Terminator says "Yeah. And we should us that line in the future and really mean it, too."

My girlfriend and I saw "Young Frankenstien" last night at the Colonial Theater in Phoenixville, pa. That's the theater from the original Blob, where everyone comes screaming out the doors, followed soon after by the Blob. Steve Mcqueen's shocked look was always a winner in my book. - great place, especially on a First Friday, when the whole town is crawlig with art, music, and interesting people...
When Gene Wilder and Peter Boyle start the Ritz routine, I kept thinging about aterminator, klunking along with a can and top hat, perhaps breaking into Micheal Jackon's "Thriller" at the end.
This movie looks stylishly good, especially if this much has been put into previsualizing it. Kind of reminds me of the previsuals from A New Hope. I loved those as a kid, the colors, the sense of movement and style.
