Thank you, Middle-cast. Thank you, Middle-internets. That single tear you see at the corner of my eye? It's one part sorrow, and one part joy. It is a Middle-Tear.
@VartanCurvus: I am lucky enough to have a copy of it... we'll be posting a review soon. And I'm betting you can order it online although I am too exhausted to search just now...
@VartanCurvus: there was a little delay thanks to the vagaries of comic book distribution - the book has shipped to diamond and should be at finer comic book stores either tomorrow or a week from tomorrow. the viper website is currently under repairs, but they should have it for mail order in their shop shortly.
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area we call the Twilight Zone.
I thought the MM/Lacey relationship actually felt natural, as opposed to many other TV relationships - I'm glad they let it happen, but never forced it.
Look at it this way: think of how much we'd all still love Heroes, if it lasted only one season and never returned. As much as I love this show, I'm afraid if it came back the network would "alter" it in order to try and make it more successful and destroy all my fond memories.
@dirtybacon: Granted, I originally watched MM via bittorrent. But I feel like to true fans, this will be a must own on dvd. There are plenty of shows I've originally downloaded to watch and then bought on dvd later on to support the show. So I wouldn't discount the "buy and we'll bring it back" strategy just yet.
@Zuli5: yeah, I came late, so torrented the first few episodes. I usually don't go back and rewatch shows (though I have tons of old show DVDs), but I'll get this just to support the show, and Javier. I interviewed him for a website, and he was one of the nicest guys I ever talked to.
@dirtybacon: I did most of my torrenting because I missed the episode in the first place, and ABC family or whatever station had shitty streaming video services.
@Dunny0: This is certainly fact with us here across the pond. I'm totally buying the DVD; I want to do my part, no matter how insignificant it might be. Also, need that DVD on my shelf!
@jbq: I was hoping they's export it across the pond. I feel if given a proper showing, this show could have a real chance. I guess the beeb and others have no interest in an already cancelled show.
@Aidan_: I'll second that--everyone should watch this show. I cannot wait for the DVDs to come out, after which I will sit the boyf down and make him watch them . . . maybe all at one time.

Big thanks to the cast for all getting together and bringing us this. It's some closure, at least.

It is an area we call the Twilight Zone ... but is commonly known as New Jersey.

But if it can work just one more time, for the love of god, make it work here.

And I wouldn't count Serenity as making it during the bittorrent era.
But, don't get me wrong, I want this show to return just as much as everyone else here. I miss Dubby.
