    As a huge Transformers geek, I dont want a "human" story next time around. Give me more of the robots as characters. Putting Sam in the center worked the first time because of the reveal factor. I didnt care about his story scond time around. That's why I saw the 1st one 5 times in the theatre, and the 2nd once.

    You're forgetting the other featurette, Shhh...Don't tell GM! where they mention the fact that the Transformers were actually a Japanese invention and not all of the robots transformed into GM products...

    @johnnyichiban: I hate having to point this out every so often, but Transformers isn't a Japanese invention. The Japanese made some toys that converted from cars to robots (not the first ones to do so), but it was Marvel that wrote the backstory and the TV shows. Diaclone was Japanese. Transformers is American.

    Normally, I never watch this kind of stuff. However, my distaste of the movie was so great, that I'm actually curious how it got made.

    If he has the guts to actually do that, I would take back many of the bad comments I've made about his "talent" over the years.
