there are already several retail CPUs that can do four things at once. what you're actually trying to discribe is having memory do three things at once. no matter what the chip looks like or does we're still a long way off from this thing showing up in end user machines if it's comprised of superconductors.
Now it's the engineer's turn to be able to make it within reason (cost, environmental, material processes, manufacturing processes, etc, etc, etc) while the marketeers/sales types try sell it before it is even ready and the MBAs find a way to bankrupt the company before it is ready.
@ManchuCandidate: This morning I concluded that MBA stands for Mutually Beneficial Arrangement, which is the kind of relationship you go for after getting aforementioned degree.
