Discovered by the Serenity crew, Miranda is perfectly habitable, once you scrape away all the dead people. But in my opinion that's just a thousand less people I have to stand behind in line to get groceries. The cool thing about Miranda is that it showcases the Alliance's much-vaunted terraforming methods that we're always hearing about.
