Whats with the twilight obession? it looks like an incredibly mediocre film with a fanbase from vampire obsessed teens.

Anyway, why do vampires get all the lust obsession? they're monsters, Dracula may have been a representation of lust in a repressed victorian society but that doesnt stop him from being an evil neck biter.

i want my "poor misunderstood werewolf love" film. think about all the beastiality gags!

Twilight Hate aside, Hottopic really fucked up here. It's not that diffuicult to organize a time and appropriate setting for this auto signing and they seemed to be too lazy to do their homework. They found out that day that they couldn't line up on the premises? A simple call to mall management couldn't have taken care of that?

I know lining up for hours to see this guy is lame, but they're kids and I did the same sort of stupid shit when I was younger. Truth is, it was a lot of fun, even with the frostbite.

Just in case anyone thought that Betsy was a goth turned CEO, who shared in the disdain for establishment and raged about in the Hot Topic apparel that some so love... she's not. Hot Topic is a business. And makes money off of kids trying to be cool.

That's what my friends and I have been saying since this movie was announced. Unlike Harry Potter in which people of varied ages could enjoy and relate to it, Twilight is purely (mostly) tween. My point being is that I'm a (23 year old) Harry Potter fan and I took my father (who's not a fan) to see the movies and he loved them. Even when I moved away he continues to go see them. I can't see a 12 year old girl doing the same thing with her parents.

We were pleasantly surprised. this film I will inevitably end up watching, but I will only do so in a large group of anti-fans, with the token fan, in full Hunting gear.

@ggodo: I want to make perfectly clear that I didn't want my comment to reflect the quality of Serenity, which was awesome. It was more the rabid Brownshirt fanbase on the interwebs around that time claiming that their beloved Whedon had the next Titanic on his hands because all his free screenings were selling out and getting rave reviews. Clearly (unfortunately) they were the only ones interested in seeing that movie.
