    The Savage Barbarians Of Battlestar Galactica

    I'd forgotten that superstar artist Frank Frazetta did paintings for Battlestar Galactica in the 1970s, until I saw one of his lurid images over at Sci-Fi-O-Rama. And then I started hunting down all of his scattered BSG masterpieces all over the net. Frazetta famously turned down the offer to do a Star Wars painting, but did several BSG paintings because they let him paint what he wanted — including a raygun-wielding barbarian in an ancient tomb.
