    Additionally, I'm pretty sure the clips they use for these preview bits are the ones the film distributors have officially endorsed for use by movie reviewers, award shows, and annoying Hollywood insider programs like ET.


    Having watched probably 90% of the Rifftrax produced, I can say that the real side-splitting zingers rarely make it into the free previews.

    Not every riff in Rifftrax is golden, and if you took a drink every time Kevin or Bill made a fart joke, you'd be passed out before the end of the first reel change.


    That said, I don't think I've ever regretted watching a Riffrax (at least not for the funny commentary), and I consider Mike and the gang to be performing a valuable service to the community by making self-indulgent stinkburgers like 'The Happening' and overhyped action flicks like 'I Am Legend' 'Beowolf' and 'Ironman' palatable to people who wouldn't have watched them otherwise.

    @alphanumeric1971: Its one thing to be snarky, its another to be funny. I took a class in college where the final assignment was to do something funny. Some people tried a MST3K thing.


    Its was painfully unfunny.

    Basically you tricked me into watching a tiny bit of twilight, something I swore never to do.


    I felt a little piece of my innocence die, and i don't have much left to begin with.

    @alphanumeric1971: ha ha. The wang line is decidedly unfunny. And I'm sorry for that along with a few other moments but the over all was still on point. Maybe a little edit would help.

    So, Twilight has a thing about the main characters being a human/vampire couple where one is a telepath but can't read the other's mind?


    Which came first, this or True Blood?
