Loving it. I suppose the normal route for this suit would be haulage/warehouse work. Does that mean we will need a licsence to drive it? Personally I would love to see an extreme version of robot wars!
220 pounds? I can lift that, and I'm fat, old, out of shape, and asthmatic. This'll be useful when it lifts 1000 pounds, the low end of forklift capacity.

@MonkeyT: No, I can't. However, we don't know if this thing can yet, either - power supply is bound to be a problem.
The main fault with the idea from my perspective is that it seems unlikely that using these light-duty exoskeletons will ever be a better choice than just yelling "Hey, Fred! Give me a hand with this thing?"

Upon being greenlit for active duty, a new Military By-law now prevents anyone from saying the words "Get away from her, you bitch" at any time during operation of the Power-loader.
Ive got a perfect movie. Instead of fighting Aliens Ripley will be possessed by ghosts. Then Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson have to save her.
It's a very interesting high concept idea. That won't make a very good movie.
I've always felt that they should explore who the aliens were in the spacecraft in the first Alien. Not the killer aliens, but the aliens in the ship that had been taken over by the killer aliens.
Who were they? Where are they now? Do we meet them on their way to blowing the mother f'ing bleep out of the killer aliens?
Okay, that's too obscure perhaps for a movie. Maybe an Alien comic book?
Its probably a good idea not to have any xenomorphs in a new movie. We already have the borefests of AVP and AVP-Reloaded. Its probably best not to have any similarities to those.

But since we've already seen the Aliens in the previous films, I don't think they can just magic wand them away.
