Damn, not only did I not see the fireball, but now my favourite blogger from my favourite blog in my home town of Saskatoon and here I am fussing about hosting a calendric debauch. Maybe it's better for you that I didn't talk your ear off about Saskatoon sci-non-fi like nanotech research at the Synchrotron and the shield of crap futurism which is protecting our local economy. I would not have been able to stop.
I've got some errands to run in Saskatoon tomorrow, so if the weather and highway 219 aren't too bad, I hope to make an appearance. Whether that's something for you all to look forward to is debatable. :-)
Dammit. Although I do have loads of money atm, it's not enough to fly to the US, find that place amongst all the other places, and find the cafe. Even with use of the Internet.
Besides, I'm too lazy, and I'd miss a party over here. I hope you have a nice time at the Rostery though!
@Illogic: If only I had a nickel for every Canadian gritting his or her teeth while reading this. I'd probably have enough to buy some Tim Horton's coffee!
@Illogic: Oh dear oh dear, you DO realize that's like someone assuming I'm from YOUR country, right? Note to everyone: Not ALL Scandinavians think Canada is in the US :-)
