@Evil Tortie's Mom: Common sense folks that can read a dictionary? People are very quick to throw words like "bigot" and "racist" around when they're disagreed with politically. It goes back to the old saying that "Conservatives think Liberals are wrong, Liberals think Conservatives are Evil." Or bigoted, or racist, choose your poison.

@RAHfanboy: Well, words are social constructs anyway. (I hate that argument, but it's true.) People just tend to think it's bigoted to note let "marriage" mean "the union of two people."

@videobeagle: Every man has a right to marry...a woman, and vice-a-versa, assuming no immediate blood relationship. No one's rights are being restricted. Do I have the right to marry my father? Exactly where are we drawing this line again? Can I marry my brother? How about my sister? Can she marry my brother? How about me marrying my brother AND my sister? And our father? If any two, or three, why not four? Or six? And our dog? Dogs and cats living together? Where do robots come in? I'm awfully fond of my car...Your idea of right and wrong seems to be that there's NO right and wrong. Is that right or wrong?

When I first arrived from my 14-dimensioned home-reality, I found local women to be so flat in affect, flat in figure, and flat in interest.

It is a much harder thing to give up a dimension than Takashita-san imagines.
