    Almost every cosmic being in the Marvel U is on that level, so it's tough to limit to a list like this. I would have to go with the Beyonder and the One Above All, personally.

    You forgot that Lobo's also been killed, and risen from the dead at least twice. In the process, he got himself banned from both Heaven and Hell, meaning that he truly cannot be killed, because in the DC Comics universe, there'd be nowhere for him to go.
