    Does the fact that Summer Glau essentially reprised the role of V.I.C.K.I mean that technically every Terminator movie is a remake of Small Wonder?

    Tom Corbett's buddy TJ was played by Jack Grimes! I've never seen the actor who voiced Sparky from Speed Racer, except for his brief cameo in the flick last year. I also love the idea of caramels as a "quick energy" snack!

    Here's a show I don't necessarily think you should add to this list, but one I'm upset that you haven't mentioned this entire week - Deadly Games! Come on, who didn't look forward to watching Christopher Llyod come up with dastardly schemes to get out of a video game every week on UPN?? Oh, it was only me? Ok, I'll just slink away now quietly.

    Ha. Small Wonder was on right before Out of This World. What an hour block of TV before some weird local kid's game show (where kid's who were, like, 12 were asked wear they wanted to go to college and wore sweatshirts from that school. Weird crap.)

    I LOVED Out of this World. I used to walk around putting my two fingers together thinking I could stop time. Plus, uncredited-I-need-a-paycheck Burt Reynolds played the voice of her dad!

    Meredith, don't feel bad. I watched SMALL WONDER religiously when it was on the air. Sure it might be dated by today's standards, but who cares? It's this sort of sci-fi family programming that led the way for something like KYLE X/Y. (okay, that might be a bit of a stretch, but when you track the evolution of family sci-fi.... well....shit... it's at least somewhere on the family tree... and there's gotta be a branch or two that stems from it... gotta be...)

    I've got a friend who has a great pitch for a SMALL WONDER film. Basically the idea is to drain it of any comedy, make it a totally creepy and kinda off tale, picture it being directed by Charlie Kauffman.
