An Unlikely Guest Star Returns In Transformers 2, Plus A New Caprica Character
We're trying a bit of an experiment with morning spoilers — instead of dumping all the spoilers below the fold, we've created separate pages with spoilers for each movie/show/whatever. So if you don't want to know which characters from Transformers will be back in the sequel, you can avoid clicking that link. But if you're dying to see a new Incredible Hulk TV spot, in which Liv Tyler asks a weirdly sexual Hulk-related question, you can click the Hulk link. Also, if you want a motherlode of Battlestar/Caprica spoilers — including one actor naming the final cylon! (And then claiming it was a joke), click the BSG link. Ditto for some new Doctor Who plot info and rumors, and our wealth of new revelations on J.J. Abrams' not-an-X-Files-clone show Fringe. We've read some script pages from an upcoming Stargate: Atlantis episode and dug up some new stills in which Robert Picardo looks quite fetching, but you can easily avoid seeing those by accident now. Stargate: Atlantis Spoilers 05/30
SpoilerTV got a hold of seven pages of script from "Outsiders," the 13th. episode of the new Stargate: Atlantis season. According to Gateworld, "Outsiders" is about a group of human survivors, the Balarans, who have settled on a populated world and are hiding from the Wraith. (Thanks to the Hoffan drug, the Wraith can't feed on these humans, or they'll die.) Then the Wraith show up to hunt down the Balarans, and the locals have to decide whether to turn them over, or risk annihilation. Then Col. Sheppard offers a third alternative: his people can evacuate everyone from the planet using the Stargate. The council agrees to the plan, but a small contingent of Wraith are guarding the gate, and there's only a short window before the Wraith arrive. And some people don't want to leave their home. The Sci Fi Channel May Save Our Summer
We may mock the Sci Fi Channel, but its ratings are soaring — and soon, it'll be the only thing on television. The summer TV drought is almost upon us, even more unbearable than usual after a spring stunted by the writers' strike. So it's a good thing that Sci Fi just announced its summer schedule, including new episodes of Stargate: Atlantis (starting July 11) and Eureka (starting July 29). We'll do a summer TV guide later, but the other big highlight seems to be ABC Family's The Middle Man, which stars June 16. (And maybe new Kyle XY, but that hasn't been announced.) [MeeVee]
