@allium: I would also imagine he's gonna be pretty pissed about his kid being taken to the other side, and if he's sane Walter then there is no telling what kind of even crazier shit he could come up with.
@Makidian: Something tells me that Alt-Walt might be instrumental in the Alt-U's war against Our-U, motivated by the theft of his son. Something along the lines of "You stole my son, now I'm going to destroy your universe."
As if Marvel actually cares about Fahir returning to the Iron Man sequel. They replaced an actor for a core character, they can easily replace a minor character, who's undoubtedly a henchman.
Am I the only one exited about the Game of Thrones HBO series? I ask because I don't see much news for it outside of George R.R. Martin fan sites. Maybe it's outside the more sci-fi oriented scope of io9.com.
Anyway, they finished up photography in Scotland and Morocco for the pilot yesterday, and everything I'm hearing makes it sound like it was a very positive shoot. That said, it could be as late as March (though it'll likely be sooner) before we hear whether or not HBO is ordering more episodes.
@atrus123: No, I'm totally looking forward to it. To be honest, I never read the books for some reason, but when I first heard about the series, I was instantly intrigued. Hope HBO doesn't screw it up...(Sorry, I'm still bitter about Deadwood & Rome.)
@atrus123: I'd be a lot more excited about the HBO series if GRRM finished the *book* series (and if he stopped his constant blogging about the HBO series)
@atrus123: I found out about THE GAME OF THRONES after I started watching episodes of NEW AMSTERDAM at Hulu. I never saw the show on TV, and liked the first 3-4 episodes that I watched. I liked Nikolaj Coster-Waldau
Hmm, John Noble is a Kiwi. For some reason I thought he was a Brit. And Anna Torv is...what exactly is that accent? I hear a bit of the down under but it sounds like a mishmash...
Three hours of "Chuck" in one week? Oh, momma! Bring it on!
I'm trusting the writers to keep Chuck (the character) likable and relatable even though the Intersect has the potential to make him an action hero god.
@ProfessorSara: I'm a little concerned with all the "new romantic interest" action that's supposed to be happening, but like you I'm going to trust in the writers.
Plus I'll watch pretty much anything with Adam Baldwin and Zachary Levi.
You know... I really can't say enough good things about Stevenson and that last Punisher film. It wasn't the direction I woulda gone but boy is it a badass film.
@Garrison Dean: R.O.A.C.H.: He was amazing in the Punisher. He really captured the look and feel of the character. Really wish they would make another with him.
@Vivelafat says Sweep the leg, Johnny.: I have no particular comment on whether or not that has ever happened to me, nor on my use of the word "usually."

Also he'll hate to be called AltWalt. And he can probably read this somehow so I'd better stop tyf=y3ht0y8op;/////////////////////////////////

Kenneth Branagh should have written himself in as Fandral.
And Brian Blessed would make a much better Volstagg than Odin.
