Yeah, they just came clean on this. Turns out the plans are regular sized, but they'll just look really big when Voltron's involved.

Personally, I always loved Vehicle Voltron more than the lion counterpart (yes, I know, two separate shows in Japan, but this here's 'Merica).

Of course, that proclamation is usually met with widespread derision and whispered supports from a minority.

In my mind, it's just a cooler world in which to set a show. Plus, Vehicle Voltron has a 1979 Jeep Wagoneer for a foot.

If you're going to sell out, be the biggest sellout possible.

@ManchuCandidate: Voltron: Twilight would be great. It would be 30 seconds long and consist of the following:

"Oh Im such a wistful shiny vampire, its such a drag.

Hey whats that giant lion robot thing doing?"

With the ratio of crap-to-good that comes from Robot Chicken, you truly can't expect anything less because you can only go up from here.

@KatherineDust Mite: Robot Chicken reminds me of Mystery Science Theater 3000 in that the density of jokes is so high that they can't all be gems, but there are still enough good ones to make the overall experience funny as heck.

@The Curse of Millhaven: Agreed. That's how I describe it to my friends, too. With an episode only lasting fifteen minutes, even one good sketch can make up for some of the far lamer ones, that are probably someone else's cup of tea. Watching a series in a row, you're bound to find some sketches you absolutley love, too.
MST3K had two hours to deliver the funny in an episode, so even if one joke missed the mark, there were plenty more to laugh at. The worse the movie, the better the jokes, too.
