    Cloud seeding (even when successful) doesn't really do much for droughts. It's at best a short-term band-aid for a long-term problem.

    Generally, if you're suffering regular droughts, you're either over-farming the region, or simply farming in the wrong place.

    This will end in bloodshed. People talk about global warming causing conflict due to dwindling resources, but when we start intentionally draining rain out of the sky those it affects negatively will notice.

    If the water is laced with only AgI then it's probably cleaner than most.

    On the other hand, rain isn't going to help China much considering that the mountain glaciers they depend on for fresh water are melting away--see also Europe, India, Africa and North America MidWest.

    BTW, according to certain folks who wear tinfoil hats, I thought the US America was already big on weather control due to Project HAARP?
